TRENNY STOVALL, JD

Trenny Stovall has extensive experience in organizational development and youth advocacy. As founding director of Georgia’s largest legal advocacy center for children in foster care, she shepherded the jurisdiction through the swift settlement and closure of the landmark federal class-action lawsuit. Trenny oversaw the representation of thousands of children in care and developed signature programs for transition-age youth and children with special needs. Trenny also has significant experience with national and international public sector leadership development.
HEIDI MCINTOSH, MSW

Heidi is a seasoned leader of child welfare systems, with deep state-level, national, and international thought leadership and advocacy experience including policy development, systems reform, and strategic planning. Most recently as CEO for First Place for Youth, Heidi directed all strategy and planning for a national organization that provides housing, employment, education services and critical support to transition-age foster youth. Heidi also has extensive experience helping organizational leadership with system’s transformation with a particular focus on developing strategies that contemplate Race, Equity, and Inclusion.

STACEY GERBER, MSW, MS
Stacey Gerber is a strategic leader, innovator, and relationship builder. She has over 30 years of experience and has spent 15 years in top child welfare executive positions as well as another 10 years as a national consultant on behalf of the Annie E Casey Foundation. In this role, she implemented equitable outcomes-focused improvements, including a significant focus on workforce development and retention in Colorado, Georgia, Tennessee, Rhode Island, and Baltimore City.

Enid Rey has twenty years of leadership and achievement in the philanthropic, legal, government and non-profit sectors. She is a place-based leader that is also a nationally recognized advocate for family support, positive youth development, and school integration efforts. She is experienced in data accountability and alignment for results.
Kim Anderson, Esq.
Kim Anderson, Esq. is principal and co-owner of Chrysalis Lab. Kim serves as thought and consulting partner for LGC CORE Consulting focused on REI facilitation and human-center co-design. She has spent her career leading dialogue, advancing change and convening partners who are committed to the empowerment of the most marginalized within our communities.
